Legal fees and how do we deal with possible changes that may occur?
We always seek to avoid switching representation during the course of a case, though this may become necessary in some cases, so we assign a more qualified lawyer to follow up the case.
Fees are determined based on the experience and seniority of the lawyer, in addition to the complexity, gravity and urgency of the case. Our fees are estimated according to working hours, or beforehand depending on the situation. Our fees include, as a fixed amount: consultation, meetings, attendance before courts, and administrative expenses. We also charge transportation costs, mail, consultations, etc.
In the event of a change in the scope of work or the emergence of complications, we notify our customers in order to avoid any inconveniences to our clients.
